Before and after photos of side saddle panel. The nearside was overstuffed and had collapsed into the gullet, and the panel was not laced in centrally. Consequently the rider could not sit straight. A new panel was made and balanced to horse and rider.

Side Saddle Refurbishment

I have recently been updating my skills at The Saddlery Training Centre, on a Side Saddle Refurbishment course with tutor Richard Godden. I was making a new panel; here are some photos of work in progress and the finished result.
